Founder

Don Bettinardi (1932-2005) started Donson in 1978 and partnered with each son at a different time. He taught his sons how to operate and start a business and most important how to treat employees like family.

He stressed to buy the best equipment and never take a customer for granted.

Don was a very optimistic man and everyone around him felt his love and kindness.

Starting with Bryon the oldest son then Bob, then Joe and Jim.

Today there are 5 different companies that the 4 sons own and operate individually.
